Upholding Principles, Pursuing Innovation for Growth; Advancing Under Party Building Guidance — Party Branch of Dongguan Humen Aier Eye Hospital Honored in Aier Group’s July 1st Commendation Ceremony

To celebrate the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and fully implement the general requirements for Party building in the new era, as well as to strengthen Party members’ sense of responsibility and mission, the 2025 “July 1st” Commendation Ceremony and themed Party-building activity Upholding Integrity, Innovating for Development, Scaling New Heights Under Party Building Guidance hosted by the Party Committee of Aier Eye Hospital Group was grandly held at the Aier Eye Building. Yi Yan, CEO of Dongguan Humen Aier Eye Hospital, delivered a keynote speech on excellent grassroots Party building cases on behalf of the hospital’s Party Branch, emerging as an outstanding representative across the national Aier system to share innovative grassroots Party building practices.

In her speech, Party member Yi Yan elaborated on how the hospital’s Party Branch transforms the “soft power” of Party building into solid driving force for high-quality development. She focused on two core practices: building an ophthalmology alliance to establish a service model of grassroots screening + specialized diagnosis and treatment, focusing on children’s eye health; and optimizing medical procedures and improving patient experience under the leadership of the Party branch to fulfill the mission of public eye health services.

The honor of being selected as a Group-level Excellent Party Building Case and delivering a keynote speech fully recognizes the Humen Aier Eye Hospital Party Branch’s adherence to Party building leadership, professional dedication and people-oriented services. The glorious honor carries greater responsibility. It belongs to all Party members of the branch and serves as a collective affirmation of all hospital staff who strive unitedly under the leadership of the Communist Party and practice the lofty mission of enabling everyone to enjoy the right to eye health, regardless of wealth or poverty.

Cherishing this honor as a new starting point, the Party Branch of Dongguan Humen Aier Eye Hospital will further deepen the practical connotation of “upholding integrity, innovating for development, and scaling new heights under Party building guidance” under the leadership of higher-level Party organizations. The branch will continue to consolidate the foundation of Party building and stimulate innovative momentum.
